My path started in physical product design — where every decision has consequences you can't undo. That mindset followed me into digital and never left.

Across 15+ years in creative agencies, banking, energy, and retail, I’ve built Design Systems from scratch, shaped journeys for 12,000 employees, and partnered with engineering teams who stopped seeing design as decoration.

Accessibility is never an afterthought. Complexity is never an excuse.

Right now, I'm looking for my next long-term home — a role where I can shape design at a systems level, work close to product and engineering, and grow into or within leadership.
