How I work
01 . Start with what already exists
Before any new component, screen, or flow, I map what's already there. The fragmentation, the duplication, the decisions teams make in isolation without realising it.
02 . Define direction before delivery
I work with Product and Engineering to establish what should be built, in what order, and why, before execution begins. The goal is alignment, not approval.
03 . Build what others can use without me
Whether it's a component, a governance model, or a handoff standard, the output has to work when I'm not in the room. Dependency is a design failure.
04 . Measure what actually changed
Adoption rates, time savings, confidence scores, and onboarding speed. If the work can't be measured, it didn't change anything. If it can, that's the real deliverable.
