RISE — Before a system,
there must be space

Invited to speak at the Festival do Clube da Criatividade de Portugal — Portugal's most recognised creative industry event — alongside Millennium BCP and Fidelidade. The talk was about RISE, Worten's Design System, but it didn't start with technology. It started with what comes before any system: earning the space for it to exist. I didn't start from scratch. I organised what already had value. And the core message: a Design System isn't launched — it's maintained.
